Suzanne is a Chartered Town Planner with over 12 years of town planning experience and prior to joining Hive was a planner at Barton Wilmore working on a wide variety of projects across a range of sites and sectors.
She has a broad range of experience including site promotion through the local plan process, community consultation, preparation of Local Plan Examination Hearing Statements Statement of Case / Proofs of Evidence for planning appeals and submission of a range of planning applications, including large-scale housing developments, mixed use development and employment land. This wide range of experience has given Suzanne an extremely commercially-minded approach to the town planning advice she offers.
Since joining Hive, Suzanne has assisted with the submission of written representations for an appeal, drafting the supporting documents and then co-ordinating the submission of planning applications and site promotion through the local plan preparation process.
