We do more than planning…

Hive was born out of our founders’ public sector roots and enriched with private sector insight. That gives us a deep understanding of how to deliver complex projects through collaboration between public and private partners.

We’re perhaps best known as development and planning advisors with a focus on housing-delivery. We also provide expert advice across a breadth of sectors and planning stages to commercial developers and public sector bodies.

But we actually work across the whole development process, well beyond the planning stages. We roll our sleeves up and get deep into every stage of a development project, offering technical advice on understanding the socio-economic impact of development proposals, how best to secure funding and how schemes can be implemented.
