Sarah May BA (Hons) MSc MRICS
Sarah is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years of experience working in the residential development and regeneration sectors, specialising in the delivery and funding of complex sites. She has worked in both public and private sector organisations including Barratt Redrow, Avison Young and Homes England. Sarah has a strong track record in advising Local Authorities, Homes England and private developers on unlocking complex sites, including large town centre regeneration projects, infill brownfield sites, Garden Villages and urban extensions. Sarah’s core skills focus on the project management of multi-disciplinary teams, advising on effective partnership working, addressing financial viability challenges, securing government grant funding streams and site finding and evaluation.
